What is IntelliMails?
InteliMails is an email analytics tool that allows you to track and visualize your email use (or your team’s) and visualize the metrics that matter.
It also allows you to add your team members or employees and track and compare their stats.
InteliMails shows you:

And to make things SUPER convenient for you, we send you a daily email activity report for you and your team, so you can easily stay informed of your team members’ activity every day. How secure is my data?
We use Microsoft Outlook® API to ensure 100% privacy & security.
- Emails are retrieved in memory.
- Our servers and database run on Microsoft Azure, so your data stays within Microsoft.
- All communication between IntelliMails and our servers is protected and encrypted.
- None of your email data will be altered or changed.
Do you store my payment info?
No, we do not store any payment information on our servers; this is delegated to our Merchant of Record Paddle.com, which is a PCI-Compliant and legally is a reseller of IntelliMails. All the billing information and billing inquiries are handled by Paddle. Furthermore, all communication between our servers and Paddle is encrypted.
How are the metrics calculated?
Being a Microsoft Outlook® plug-in we gather the headers of the emails using Microsoft Outlook® API, then our algorithms calculate and graph each metric.

Is it hard to setup?
No, is trivial. Once you signup you will receive an email with instructions to install the IntelliMails Microsoft Outlook® plug-in.
Do you have access to my emails?
As a Microsoft Outlook® plug-in, once installed, we do have access to all your Outlook emails. However, we use only the email header data and NOT the email content to calculate and graph the results.
Do you store my emails?
No, we do not store any of the text content of your emails.
